Managing creative projects from concept through execution and align materials with the corporate brand and messaging, including on-screen and printed materials; ads; event display graphics; branding; digital and social graphics; pitches and corporate presentations.
Creating and maintaining brand identities, templates, style guides, systems etc.
Create, update and design email templates for marketing and transactional emails.
Liaising and coordinating with the Design Manager to take briefs, present back work and manage feedback, plus secure sign offs at appropriate stages.
Work closely with colleagues across the organization and lead a design review process efficiently and effectively
Collaborating with teams to ensure that processes, projects and interactions with stakeholders are consistently engaging and enlightening.
Participating in and assisting with other phases of marketing efforts as needed.
Safeguard brand guidelines adherence across the organisation.
Partner closely with teams to identify problems and translate them into creative solutions
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work well within a fast-paced environment
Fosters open, honest and direct communication while maintaining sensitivity to confidential information
University level degree (at postgraduate level is a plus) in Graphic Design or in related field or equivalent industry experience
3 + years experience as a Graphic Designer in the marketing industry (client-side and/or media/creative agency environment)
Experience designing for both print and digital channels
Highly Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with After Effects and motion graphics - is a nice to have
Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and/or similar presentation tools.
Understanding of photography, illustration and typography
Familiarity working within a web content management system (CMS)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to be able to clearly articulate concepts, ideas and requirements so they are understood by technical & non-technical teams.
